Syllabus

<p>1. Insurance. Reinsurance. Nature of contract. Rights of policy holder.</p> <p>Contract's of reinsurance are contracts of indemnity of the insurer and there is no privity between the insured and the reinsuring company.</p> <p>2. Same.</p> <p>The contract set out in the opinion of the court in this case held to be a contract or reinsurance and does not entitle the insured to recover of the reinsuring company, there being no privity of contract between them.</p>
