Syllabus
<p>Trustees—Liability.—Sale under trust, deed to secure a debt was declared invalid long after it was made, and trustee’s representatives were adjudged to pay into court the value of the land when sold, with interest. The debt was then paid from the trustee’s estate; but the amount paid was less than the land’s value, with interest. Held, trustee’s representatives must pay into court, for benefit of debtor’s estate, the difference.</p>
