Corporations—Stockholders’ Suit for Cancellation of Conveyances— Parties.</p> <p>To a suit by stockholders to have conveyances and instruments executed by the corporation canceled and set aside as fraudulent, the corporation is an indispensable party, and in its absence the court will not consider a motion for a preliminary injunction.</p> <p>¶ 1.
