<p>Guardian and Ward—Contract of Guardian—Employment of Attorney for Ward—Order of Court.—A guardian. cannot bind the ward or the ward’s property by a contract of employment of an attorney to render legal services on behalf of the ward, without an order of the court having jurisdiction of the estate.</p>
