<p>APPEAL — JURISDICTIONAL AMOUNT — DISMISSAL.</p> <p>1. In a suit for the expropriation of a right •of way for a railroad, the appeal will be dismissed, as in other cases, where the amount involved falls below the lower limit of the jurisdiction of this court.</p> <p>(Syllabus by the Court.)</p>
