Syllabus

<p>Negligence — Borough—Defective road — Guard rail.</p> <p>In an action against a borough to recover damages for injuries to a child two years old by falling with a horse and buggy over an embankment of a road at a point where there was no guard rail, a verdict and judgment for the plaintiff will be sustained where the evidence tends to show that the locality of the accident was a dangerous one, and that the plaintiff’s mother who was driving, was, at the time of the accident, making a reasonable, natural and ordinary use of the highway.</p>
