<p>SYLLABUS BY THE COURT.</p> <p>Where one approaching a railroad crossing in an automobile according to his own testimony stopped, looked, and listened at a distance of 57 feet from the track, and did not thereafter again stop, look, and listen, but drove upon the track, he is guilty of contributory negligence, and cannot recover for injury to himself or to his car occasioned by the collision between the train and his car upon the crossing.</p>
