<p>Adverse Possession. Payment of taxes.</p> <p>Where a party has been in adverse possession of land on one-side of a dividing fence under claim of title and her claim and ownership of such land has been recognized by the party on the-other side of the fence for more than ten years, in such case she has the right to recover possession of such land by ejectment against a party taking possession of the laifd, through such party claimed that his grantors had always paid the taxes thereon.</p>
