Syllabus

<p>In an action to recover damages for the breach of a parol contract to con- ' vey lands, if it is made to appear that such contract was but a parol defeasance of a deed for the same lands from the plaintiff to defendant, absolute on its face, the plaintiff is not entitled to recover: Act of June 8, 1881, P. L. 84.</p>
