<p>Cancelación de la Inscripción de un Título. La sentencia en virtud de la cual se ordena á un Registrador cancelar la inscripción de un titulo, deberá ser firme en un pleito en el cual el poseedor baya sido parte y se baya identificado la propiedad.</p>
