Modupe Osifodurin v. Residential Credit Solutions, Inc.

Syllabus

The plaintiff, Modupe Osifodurin, appealed from an order of the Superior Court that dismissed her complaint for failure to serve indispensable parties. The plaintiff argued that the hearing justice did not allow her adequate opportunity to present evidence regarding service of process on the defendants, and that the hearing justice erred when she determined that all named defendants were indispensable parties. The Supreme Court held that the plaintiff waived her arguments on appeal because she failed to provide this Court with any meaningful discussion of the issues on appeal, but that dismissal was without prejudice. Accordingly, the Court affirmed the order of the Superior Court.
