<p>Railroads. Conveyances to road. Conditions. Railroad purposes. Abandonment.</p> <p>Where land was conveyed as a donation to a railroad company “for railroad purposes only”:</p> <p>(а) The grantor cannot obtain a cancellation of the deed because of an understanding that defendant would use the land for its main line of -road, and has only used a part of it, and that for a branch road; but</p> <p>(б) He is entitled to recover such part of the land as the railroad company has abandoned.</p>
