'</p> <p>Judgment will be given notwithstanding an affidavit of defense which alleges simply that “ the plaintiff has not complied with the provisions of the statutes of the Staté of Delaware in regard to foreign corporations doing business in this State” and which fails to state in what respect the plaintiff has failed to comply with such statutes.</p>
