<p>Specific Performance—Promise to Make a Gift of Land—Evidence. Statements that land was intended for decedent’s sister, and a promise to will it to her, amount to a mere promise to make a gift, which cannot he enforced after the death of the party making it, where it appears that he did not expect any return as a consideration for the land.</p>
