Syllabus

The trial court did not err in overruling Appellant's motion to dismiss on statute of limitations grounds, as Appellee filed his complaint within the applicable statute of limitations period for breach of contract claims. However, the judgment of the trial court awarding Appellee $1,161.34 was not supported by sufficient evidence and was against the manifest weight of the evidence. Judgment Reversed.
