<p>Principal and agent — Brolcer—Commissions.</p> <p>In an action to recover commissions on a contract alleged to have been procured by plaintiff, no recovery can be had where the evidence shows that the contract was not procured through plaintiff’s efforts, or through the agency of any person whom plaintiff had introduced to defendant, but was solely the result of the consummation of previous pending negotiations originated through a different source, of which plaintiff had notice.</p>
