Syllabus

<p>The case of Chicago, Milwaukee & St. Paul Railway Co. v. State of Minne- ■ sota, ante, 418, affirmed, on substantially the same state of facts.</p> <p>The statutory provisions existing in the present case as to the fixing by the railroad company of reasonable charges for the transportation of property, did not constitute such a contract with it, as to deprive the legislature of its power to regulate those charges.</p>
