<p>Husband and Wife (58-60, 65)—Community Pbopeety—Pbesumptions—Gifts. Where property was purchased with community funds during the existence of the community, and the deed taken in the name of the wife, its status as community property is fixed, and it cannot be shown by oral evidence that the husband’s intent in taking the deed in the wife’s name was to make her a gift of it and that it was thereafter treated by them as her separate estate.</p>
