Syllabus

The trial court erred in ordering appellant to provide appellee with the requested records pursuant to R.C. 149.43. On the authority of Walsh v. Ohio Department of Health, 10th Dist. No. 21AP-109, we find appellant properly denied appellee's R.C. 149.43 public records request because R.C. 3701.17 prohibits the release of information contained within those records. Judgment reversed cause remanded.
