<p>Quieting Title—Venue.—The Answer, as Well as the Complaint, may be looked to, to determine whether the action is one to quiet title—that is, to determine the right to an easement—within constitution, article 6, section 5, requiring actions to quiet title to real estate to be brought in the county in which the land is situated.</p>
