Syllabus

<p>Negligence — Master and servant — Vice principal — Fellow servant.</p> <p>Where a vice principal assumes the work of an ordinary laborer, and is negligent therein, his employer is not liable to another employee for injuries resulting from such negligence.</p> <p>Negligence — Master and servant — Safe place to work — Notice of transitory dangers.</p> <p>Where an employer furnishes a safe place for his employees to work, he is under no duty to give notice of transitory dangers which may be caused by the acts of fellow workmen.</p>
