<p>Adverse Possession — Boundaries — Mistake — Hostile Claim-Evidence— Sufficiency. That frame buildings extended three and one-half inches over onto the adjoining lot of another does not show an adverse claim to the land occupied, where it appears that the exact location of the line was not known when the lot was first acquired, and on replacing part of the buildings along the line, a survey was made and a brick building was erected on that part of the true line, and the agent of the owner agreed to remove the other buildings.</p>
