<p>Appeal—Verdict on Conflicting Evidence.—Where the jury found for plaintiff, on conflicting evidence, and much of the evidence raising the conflict was in the shape of ex parte affidavits and depositions, made by citizens of a foreign country, the rule that a verdict on conflicting evidence will not be disturbed on appeal controls.</p>
