<p>1. Mines and Mining — Claims—Boundaries—Conflict—Evidence— Bindings. — In an action to settle an alleged conflict in the boundaries of two mining claims, a finding that a point 300 feet north, 9 degrees west from the east end center of one of the claims, where the old northeast corner monument stood, was at the point now-marking the southeast corner of the conflicting claim according to-the survey for the patent. Held to be inconsistent, self-contradictory,, mathematically impossible, and unsupported by the evidence.</p>
