<p>Statute of Frauds. Oocle 1906, § 4775 (a). Promise to answer for debt of another.</p> <p>A term in a contract of employment ■whereby a traveling salesman agreed to bear a percentage of the losses arising from the insolvency of persons to whom he might sell his employer’s goods is not á collateral agreement and does not violate the statute of frauds, Code 1906, § 4775 (a), providing that an action shall not be brought whereby to charge a defendant or other party upon any special promise to answer for the debt or default or miscarriage of another person.</p>
