<p>SYLLABUS BY THE COURT.</p> <p>Street-rAilways — Liability for Injury by Eleotrie Current. A street-railway company that employs electricity as a motive power is required to exercise the highest care to protect persons using the streets .from the danger of being injured by the electric current, and is liable for any damages occasioned by its failure to do so.</p>
