<p>Appeal — Review—Verdict. The verdict of a jury upon conflicting testimony is conclusive on appeal.</p> <p>Evidence — Absent Witnesses — Excuse eor Failure to Produce— Materiality. It is not error to exclude explanation of the absence of a witness, where no showing was made as to the materiality of his testimony or of the relation in which he stood to the parties.</p> <p>Trial — Instructions—Requests. It is not error to refuse an instruction sufficiently covered in the general charge.</p>
