Syllabus

<p>Following the decisions of the Supreme Court of Kentucky, this court holds that the justices of the peace of Mulilenburg County, in that state, do not form a necessary part of the county court when levying a tax to satisfy a judgment against the county, under § 9 of the Act of the Legislature of Kentucky, of February 24, 1868, amending the charter of the Elizabethtown and Paducah Railroad Company.</p>
