Syllabus
<p>Evidence — Written instrument — Parol stipulations. .</p> <p>The court will not permit parol stipulations to be introduced into a written agreement for the sale of land where it appears that the alleged parol stipulations were not omitted by any fraud, accident or mistake, and where the conveyancer who drew the agreement explained it fully to all of the parties, read it over to them and told them before its execution that no matter what was said before or after as to their understandings, this was their agreement.</p>
