Syllabus

<p>Statute of limitations — Charge on land — Act of April 27, 1855.</p> <p>Where a widow who has been given by her husband one third of the yearly income of his real estate, in lieu of dower, makes no demand upon the owners of the land for her share of the income, for over thirty-one years, she is thereafter barred from recovery by the act of April 27, 1855, §7,P. L. 369.</p>
