Syllabus

<p>One who' lends a sum of money to a partnership under an agreement that he shall be'paid interest thereon at all events, and shall also be paid one ■ tenth of the yearly profits of the partnership business if those profits exceed the .sum lent, does not thereby, become liable as a partner for the debts 'of the partnership.</p>
