Syllabus
<p>ERROR</p> <p>Jurisdiction Questioned Previous to Judgment.</p> <p>An action brought in the municipal court of Cleveland on two causes of action, one for $2,000 based on tort and another for $500 on contract, under a rule that objection to the jurisdiction of the court in which the action was instituted may be made at any time before judgment is actually entered, will be reversed for lack of jurisdiction as to the first cause of action and an order made remanding the case for further proceedings.</p>
