Syllabus

<p>Contract — Plumbing work — Work to be done to satisfaction of employer.</p> <p>Where a plumber enters into a contract to do certain plumbing work in a workmanlike manner with materials designated, both work and labor to be done to the satisfaction and approval of the employer, and the latter after the work is finished expresses his dissatisfaction with it, specifically pointing out various defects of a material character, showing that the objections are not merely capricious, and such defects are not corrected, the plumber is not entitled to recover the contract price.</p>
