Syllabus

<p>Divorce — Finding of facts by judge — Evidence—lieview.</p> <p>The trial judge who sees the witnesses and hears them testify has a better opportunity to judge of their credibility and the evidential value of their testimony than the Justices of the Supreme Court have, and his conclusions of fact should bo accepted unless manifest error be clearly shown, and this is especially the case where the testimony on the controlling questions of fact is conflicting and apparently irreconcilable.</p>
