Dipping op Cattle. Statutes. Repeal.</p> <p>Laws 1916, chapter 167, was not repealed by Laws 1918, chapter 221. The last-named act of the legislature is merely supplementary, to meet the conditions not mentioned in the laws of 1916.</p>
