Syllabus

<p>Where a conveyance of land is made, in consideration of covenants of the grantee to support and maintain the grantor during life and his wife after his death, and neither the grantor in his lifetime nor his widow after his death made complaint that the grantee had not performed his covenants, the widow on the contrary being satisfied with her treatment, the collateral heirs of the grantor may not maintain ejectment as for condition broken.</p>
