<p>ERROR-LIMITATION OF ACTIONS.</p> <p>Belated Proceeding In Error not Saved by Provisions for Commencement of,Civil Action.</p> <p>If a summons in error is not issued within the four months’ statutory limit prescribed by Sec. 6723 R. S. (G. C. 12270), the proceeding is not saved by the provision of Sec. 4988 R. S. (G.
