Syllabus
<p>Actions — Trespass does not lie for change of grade — Road law.</p> <p>Damages for injury resulting to an abutting property owner from an alleged change of grade of a city street cannot be recovered in an action of trespass. Special provisions have been made for ascertaining damages sustained in such cases by the Act of May 16, 1891, P. L. 75, and such remedy must be sought under the provisions of that act.</p>
