<p>1. Sale by Mortgagor to Mortgagee. — Where it is shown that a mortgagee intelligently and voluntarily conveyed to the mortgagor the mortgaged land on the consideration of the mortgage debt and other indebtedness, the deed of conveyance will be sustained.</p>
