<p>Dower — loss of, by adultery and desertion.</p> <p>Where the wife of one of the members of a copartnership, formed for the purpose of conducting the hotel business, having left him and lived in open adultery with another man, because she could not monopolize, or at least participate in the management of the said hotel in connection with the other copartners, he having offered her another home in which to live, and he not having subsequently been reconciled to her and suffered her to dwell with him, Held, that the wife would be barred from claiming dower in Ms estate by section 9, chapter 87, Revised Code.</p>
