Syllabus
<p>Equity — Injunction—Waters—Wrongful diversion.</p> <p>On a bill in equity for an injunction to restrain the unlawful diversion of water from one stream, and its discharge into another stream in a different watershed, and the consequent damage to the plaintiff’s property, it is error not to grant such injunction.</p>
