<p>Contract — Parent and child — Services—Evidence.</p> <p>Where a written contract between a father and a son for services of the latter provides that the compensation for the services shall be reasonable, but does not fix the rate, the father is bound by the obligation, and the question of the rate of compensation is for the jury.</p> <p>It is not reversible error for a trial judge to comment unfavorably, but, in general terms, upon contracts for services between parents and children.</p> <p>Where there is no written contract between a father and son for services of the latter, loose declarations of the father to the effect that the son should be paid are inadmissible to establish a definite contract.</p>
