<p>Appeals — Supreme Court — Exceptions—Act of April S2, 1874, P- L. 109 — Trial by court without jury.</p> <p>An appeal from the judgment of the court in an issue framed and submitted to the court without a jury under the Act of April 22, 1874, P. L. 109, must be quashed where the record discloses no exception taken to the order of the court overruling the appellants’ exceptions to the decision and directing judgment to be entered for the appellees, and no exception or bill sealed in the court below to any action of the court throughout the proceedings resulting in the judgment against the appellants.</p>
