Syllabus

<p>Appeals prom Judgment and Order Denying Motion por a New-Trial — Motions to Dismiss.</p> <p>1. Under the provisions of section 4807, Revised Statutes, an appeal taken more than one year after the entry of a judgment ■will he dismissed on motion.</p> <p>2. Unless good cause is shown for the delay, an appeal from an order denying a new trial taken more than a year after the entry of judgment will he dismissed on motion.</p> <p>3. Where no error affecting the substantial rights of the defendant appears in the record, the judgment will be affirmed.</p> <p>(Syllabus by the court.)</p>
