P.</p> <p>Actions for the recovery of money due a county should be brought in the name of the county, and not in the name of its treasurer: and where the county treasurer unsuccessfully brought suit in his own name to recover such funds, an appeal from the judgment entered against him was dismissed without prejudice to the county.</p> <p>Allegheny County v. Stengel, 218 Pa. 493, followed.</p>
