<p>Equity — Issues—Nonsuit—Titee—Practice.—In an action for partition, where the defendants deny plaintiffs’ title, and issues are submitted by the Court out of chancery to the jury to try the question of title, the Judge cannot grant an order of nonsuit on the trial of this question by the jury.</p>
