<p>SYLLABUS BY THE COURT.</p> <p>Indian Lands — Annual Crops Growing Thereon — Personal Property. A member of the Prairie Band of Pottawatomie Indians can sell the corn growing on the land allotted to him by the government, and the contract of sale is not a contract touching the land or any interest therein.</p>
