<p>Patents — Infringement—Automatic water feeder for boilers.</p> <p>The Louis B. Fulton Patent No. 662488, dated November 27, 1900, for an improvement in water regulators for boilers, having for its object the automatic control of the feed water supply for a boiler, is a new invention, and not an infringement of the “McAuley-Fulton” patent dated November 12, 1895, No. 549877, for an automatic water feeder, for boilers, the operation of which is controlled by the water in the boiler whereby the appliance is automatically set in operation upon the water in the boiler falling below low-water mark, and stopped when a proper supply of water has been obtained.</p>
