Syllabus

<p>Municipalities. Offenses. Violation of ordinance. Affidavit. Venue.</p> <p>In a prosecution before a municipal court, an affidavit purporting to charge an offense is fatally defective if it fail to aver:—</p> <p>(а) The violation of a municipal ordinance; or</p> <p>(б) That the offense was committed within the limits of the municipality.</p>
