Syllabus
A person may not be held in civil contempt if the prior court order was ambiguous. The determination of whether a prior order is ambiguous is reviewed de novo on appeal. If the trial court interprets an ambiguous order, the interpretation is subject to an abuse of discretion standard on appeal.
